Dede Opata is a very experienced supply chain professional with a career spanning over a decade, in various roles across the supply chain. As a versatile strategist, she works closely with teams in different capacities, adding value to simple and complex supply chain activities.
Dede has developed a reputation of growing existing businesses through dynamic growth strategies. She is responsible for delivering excellent services combining operational and commercial capacities to achieve set goals. She is trained in Logistics, Procurement, Operational Audits, Marketing and Psychology and has great experience working with multinational companies in 3P Logistics and Shipping.
Career Path
She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Ghana, Commonwealth Executive Master of Business Administration (CEMBA) and Masters degree in Supply Chain from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology. Dede is also a Certified Lead Auditor in ISO 9001 Quality Management systems.
Her operational experience and customer-oriented approach and knowledge enables her to manage many different stakeholders on different sides of the supply chain.
With her blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and leadership skills to optimize processes, control costs, and build robust business relationships, Dede thrives in building core teams, fostering collaboration and managing people to achieve shared objectives.
As a member of the Sealand management team, she is responsible for delivering customer solutions and managing key accounts contributing to the high retention of key accounts within the group.
